Local transport - how to go to the social event

It is possible to use bus No.22 from Airport quite close to the conference location (bus stop Valsts arhivs) for the regular bus price 1,50 EUR per drive.

To get from the conference venue to Rozengrals / Small Guild House it is possible to use bus No.57 directly from Riga Technical University, but it goes only once an hour and the last ones are at 18:03 and 19:03. So better option is to have a 10 minute walk till bus stop Ķīpsala and drive any public transport (there are plenty of them (untill around 23:40 both ways) just across river Daugava till the next stop Nacionalais teatris and have a walk through Old Town.

Easiest way to purchase tickets is through the App, here is a link.

App is available in English, it is possible to buy tickets using bank card, ApplePay. In the App it is possible to see not only timetable, but also real time locations of the available public transport.
In the link above there are two more App options where it’s possible to buy tickets, Mobilly may be usefull for those who travel by car as this App is mainly developd to pay for car parking in the city center and other areas.
